There was no power steering, no air conditioning, no stereo, and no windblocker.
Stereo clearly visible in photos.
I think that deserves and explanation from the seller. One of these wouldn’t be too hard to “counterfeit” from a standard NB by just removing certain equipment.

Here’s my issue with this car: the aftermarket is so deep and strong for these cars that I don’t understand the point. I can get a cheaper Miata, throw some quality aftermarket parts to replace what’s worn out to a ge and miles, and have a better performer.

Agreed, it would have to be for the collectibility, which would bring it into obnoxious ‘ numbers matching original paint look at the window sticker tell me I’m good and you’re proud of me’ territory
